June 6th Picture Day Schedule

Just a friendly reminder that Picture Day is this Saturday, June 6.

If your house team is scheduled to play a game on Saturday, please have your child arrive to have his/her picture taken one hour before your team’s scheduled start time.

If you are not playing a game, please try to show up during one of our timeslots (10am through 4:30pm) designated as OPEN. Coaches of teams without games (including 15u baseball now that the uniforms have arrived) are encouraged to organize their group to arrive around the same time. That said, any individual player or coach who shows up to be photographed at any point between 9am and 5pm will be accomodated.

PHOTO SCHEDULE:

9am: 12u Rising Stars, 12u Pink Sox, TB Angels, TB Astros

10am: OPEN

11am: 10u Galaxy Girls and OPEN

12pm: TB Rockies, TB Diamondbacks, and OPEN

1pm: 10u Diamond Divas, 8u Grand Slammers, and OPEN

1:30pm: CP Athletics, CP Marlins, and OPEN

2pm:  OPEN

3pm: CP Reds, CP Pirates, and OPEN

4pm: OPEN

4:30pm: CP Braves, CP Cubs, and 12u Fierce Flamingos

Picture Day is swinging into action this Saturday, June 6th! Here is everything you need to know to make sure your athlete is picture-perfect:

Where: The garage near the snack shack

When: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Your coach will share your team’s specific session time!)

What to Wear: Full Southline uniform! Don’t forget your glove and/or bat for those awesome action poses.

Here is the game plan for the day:
Stick to the schedule: Please try to arrive at your team’s designated time. If you absolutely can’t make it, come when you can and we’ll squeeze you in!
Team players wanted: Even if you aren’t planning to buy photos, please show up! Every athlete is photographed for the team image, and your teammates are counting on you. (Head coaches can hop in the team photo too, if they’d like!)
Keep your card: Every athlete will be handed a QR card to take home. Keep it safe—this is your golden ticket to access your photos later!

etting your gear:
Choose free delivery through Southline (distributed after the ordering window closes), or select direct-to-home shipping at checkout for a small fee if you want them ASAP.
IMPORTANT HEADS UP:

Once the photos go live, there is a firm ordering window set by our printing partner. Once it closes, it closes for good—no exceptions!
Photos should be live around 6/20 (maybe sooner!), and you’ll get the link straight to your email.
