The Success of Southline Little League depends on parent participation and this is especially true for our snack stand. You paid a $75 deposit per family when you registered your child(ren). You have the opportunity to work one 2-hour snack stand shift to receive a refund of your snack stand deposit. Of course, those of you who are willing and able, we are happy to have you volunteer more and welcome you to become an active participant in our community.
Please read the following guidelines for the Southline Snack Stand:

Please note the availability of shifts may vary due to the number of games and only 1-2 volunteers signed in per shift.
The minimum age to work in the snack stand is 18.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your shift time!
Snack stand deposits will be paid via check at the end of your 2 hour shift.
Be courteous! If you need to reschedule your shift please do so at least 24 hours prior! Email [email protected] with your request to reschedule your shift. The goal is to allow time for another volunteer to select your time slot so the snack stand can remain staffed and operating smoothly.
As much as we know your kids are excited to work in the stand, unfortunately due to liability and because of close quarters, kids are not allowed.
Due to the volume of customers at our stand, we recommend not signing up during your child's game time if you plan to watch the game.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
GRILLING! Please be prepared to work the grill. Board Members will be working the registers, so it is important that our volunteers are willing to grill our hot dogs and burgers!
Fulfilling orders and cooking in air fryer
Stocking the coolers and snack containers
Cleaning counters, wiping down counter tops, sweeping, etc.

As a reminder, one family member must fulfill one 2-hour snack stand shift shift before the 2025 Spring season ends in order to receive the $75 snack stand deposit.
